We’ve found molasses here in Albania! Let the holiday baking begin!!! 
There are some holiday traditions that we just really look forward to sharing. Baking up a sweetly spiced house is definitely one of those. For years, December meant that our international school was filled with the gingery aroma of baking cookies and kissed with the scent of molasses to warm the winter chill. The process of building up this fairytale house from scratch is on of Our Little Sous’ favorite memories from those early years in Japan. So it’s even more exciting for us to be able to share this treasured tradition with some of our friends here in Albania this year!
