I’ve been PLAYING around with sorting and categorizing and uploading all manner of food photos on this new-to-me platform this weekend, and it has been absolutely wild! I literally spent over 4 hours sifting through the thousands of pictures I took during our time at the Tuscan castle last month.
Yes, I did say thousands! That’s not even close to an exaggeration, either.
For those of you who have been waiting patiently to reminisce with us over all the fun we had in that magical place, thank you!!! I promise that you won’t have to wait much longer. Pastas and pizzas galore are coming soon.
I still have more technology to play with as I dig deeper and deeper into my digital brain. It has captured so many mesmerizing moments over the last few months, and I can hardly wait to share them with you all!
I traveled back in time today, perusing through the plethora of platters in pixels. I cant help but smile as I recall the glorious combinations of flavors, aromas, and textures that elevated our time in the terrific Tuscan region from merely marvelous to magnificently magical! Along with each dish, the accompanying smiles and laughter that we shared came back to mind, as well.
Thank you, to all the sweet souls with whom we had the pleasure of sharing these wonderful meals. You have all inspired a new chapter in our work here at Our Kitchen Classroom.
