We’ll kick off Latin American History Month with an introduction to some of the fun new kitchen tools we’ve been PLAYING with here, as well as show you some of the popular produce with which we are reacquainting ourselves since our return to North America!
Then, we’ll dive deeply into some of the Marvelous Mexican Meals that have captured our taste buds of late. The neat thing about this cuisine is that it so easily lends itself to vegetarian, vegan, and even gluten-free variations, too!
