All you need is a few simple ingredients that you likely already have in your kitchen classroom right now. Delve deeply into the kitchen science to learn the cooking and baking techniques that will help you to bake up batch after batch of baked goods leavened with living yeast that you can begin to cultivate in your home today.

These lessons are designed to be conducted at your own pace. Videos are fun and family-friendly, and all lessons highlight special learning opportunities for cooks and bakers at a variety of skill levels. No matter how much or how little experience you have, you and your children can follow along and begin enjoying your very own Sourdough bread in as little as one week! Baking with children is an exciting way to combine math and science, language and art, history and culture, and so much MORE into a delicious activity that all members of the family can enjoy together.
